Trans[Fourm]ation

Supporting a collective of farmers and cheese-processing actors within a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) cheese scheme by using serious games to support foresight and the implementation of actions in agricultural transitions.

Within the Trans[Fourm]ation project, which supported a collective of farmers and cheese-processing actors within a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) cheese scheme, games played a central role in both foresight and action phases. Several game-based tools were designed, tested, and evaluated by the members of GAMAE: Jeu de Territoire, La Grange, Lauracle, Rami Fourrager, and Dynamix. This project represented an important step in demonstrating the potential of combining games as a tool to support agricultural transitions.
